Fine for the money We lived here for about a year, and felt it was fine: nothing to get excited about, but no big minuses either. It was conveniantly located to the Conocordia Theological Seminary, and also to Glenbrook Mall. They gave a rental discount for good grades, which was great. Also, the deposit was cheap. Our unit could have used new carpeting, and it faced a fairly busy road, so the traffic noises could be a little annoying at times. Some of the neighbors tended to be noisy as well. Decent place to live When we were looking for a house and our lease was up at the place we were staying, we moved into these apartments. They aren't the best places in the world, but they worked for us. The prices are too outragous, and they are in good repair. They don't have a lot of the extras that the other apartments have. I felt safe and we had a good time while we were there.
great for our son Our son lived here for 3 years while in college, it was great for him. No app fee, no deposit, referral credits and discounts on rent due to his employer were all great reasons to move there.
