We got swatted when we lived here by the mentally ill lady who lived above us. The cops knew her history but had to check anyway. We were literally napping . We had baby monitor footage to prove it. The manager did nothing about it, of course. I hope the crazy lady finds purpose in life outside of being a running joke due to spite or whatever her deal was. and that management starts to stick up for the good tenants. We paid market rate and couldn't even get our 1960s floors updated. The maintenance ppl were cool. Three stars... read more

Do not move in here at alllll costs if you care about your health, apartment was full of black mold! I never got to stay one night at my apartment!!!! No one should be living there it is so sad. I wasn’t able to stay one night there and they wanted me to stay pay for the month . It has been almost a month and I have yet to hear from anyone. Please please please I am begging you do not live here, it will kill you. I got so sick being in the apartment more than 2 hours.
The property manager, Joy, has been wonderful to work with. Always answers or returns calls or text right away, clear directions on what is needed, quick processing application and good about keeping me updated on the progress of my new apartment. Golfview is lucky to have someone like her with experience and a positive, friendly personality. Employees like her are hard to come by.
