Couldn't consider my golf trip complete without acknowledging the great service and support provided to our group of 8 by Jimmy Rood. The accommodations and advice on course selections made for a trip that exceeded all expectations and when we hit a rough patch (2 days of record rainfall - in the desert!) Jimmy was right there to help salvage a great week. Highly recommended. Cossar group.

Jimmy at Golftroop was fantastic to deal with and was very responsive to our group’s requests before, during and after the golf trip. Every detail concerning the golf and house was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. It would be difficult to find someone more dedicated and knowledgeable than Jimmy.

Jimmy, excellent accommodations and the golf courses were fantastic. And I witnessed the service you provided to a Jeff due to our two day rainout. Excellent service! We’ll be back again next November for sure! Everything was fantastic!

bob C here with the cossar group, just got back from our trip with 8 guys .we had 2 days of record rain in the desert, so you know that will change plans.From some one who was in customer service Jimmey you are top notch,every customer wants to feel like their the only ones, you did that for us the house was great the golf courses even better. only thing better then beating your buddys at golf was your service . counting the day till next year

12 of us went to Arizona for a combo 50th B Day celebration and a lot of golf...I have been the "trip coordinator" for about 23 years as this is our annual tradition..Myrtle Beach, Pinehurst, Hilton Head etc...we were referred to James at Golftroop for housing, course knowledge, discounts, airport van rentals, and of course some discounts..I was so glad to have made that call to him, James was very responsive and professional, the ease of picking up two 15 passenger vans at the airport to checking in to our 8 bedroom house w... read more

We arranged our Scottsdale golf trip for 10 guys through Jimmy Rood at Golf Troop. He was very thorough in addressing all of our needs and everything went as planned, with no issues whatsoever. This is the 2nd year in a row we have used Jimmy at Golf Troop and would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

This was my first time using GolfTroop and the trip was organized by James Kana. The trip was fantastic! The villas were spacious and relaxing after long days of golf at absolutely fantastic courses. James was very helpful in recommending courses and creating tee times. There were no issues with our trip at all and I would highly recommend the Phoenix/Scottsdale golf experience to anyone along with utilizing the services of GolfTroop.
