What happened to helping the customer? Store manager says, you can send them in and be without your clubs 4-6 weeks. Even though the badges on the callaway apex pro irons do not have any impact on the club, it does make a difference when you spend $1,100. (Mind you it was said with a smirk) They were quick to swipe my bank card, but took a stance of they really didn't care. 14 months later the clubs are only worth 23% of their value. Note to self buy used...you get the same treatment as if you spend 1k on a set of irons.
To much to explain .................................
This store use to be amazing. It has went down hill ever since the Paul's sold it. The landscaping out back had won awards 18 years ago. Now it's just another store.
