Love this customer service. I'm officially a new customer. My daughter and friends were stranded because of a failure on the golf cart in the area. An angel seen them and called the owner and within 20 minutes the owner came and took our golf cart and evaluated it. BTW, he was short handed and about to close.
Just wow! I was extremely pleased with the purchase we made (a 2022 Club Car) for a reasonable price and outstanding sales assistance. No pressure, very knowledgeable, candid and kind. We wrapped up the purchase quickly, and their delivery was fast. Already enough for a 5 star review. I worked with Matt and he was very helpful in getting my golf cart serviced and installing the upgrades to the cart. I had it in while on vacation and he delivered it back the day we got home. Excellent service and very friendly and knowledgeable. Would not deal with any other company.
Matthew, Todd and Jim were all such a pleasure to deal with having to have some repairs done on my Yamaha Golf Cart. They were very professional and informative and I highly recommend them!
