Ray really helped us within this purchase. 3 months later my son forgot to recharge properly the battery…. Totally his fault. Sell reliable carts: We have had to spend a fair amount of time and money trying to fix carts that were not reliable only days after the sale. Offer a refund: If the carts prove to be crappy, simply offer a no-haggle refund. Stand behind your products: It is a pretty basic rule in sales. Offer a solution, not a negotiation.
