Do not deal with this company. I own a property there and J. Pappa embezelled over $6,000 of rent money from me. He kept sending me cheques that would bounce, and promised at one point I would have my money, but again he lied. Stay far, far away from this company. This has been going on for over a year. Also, I am not the only property owner that he has stolen money from. Mary
I agree with the previous one star review. This company does not have enough money in their account to pay out disbursements or pay vendors when they perform work. My company performed work fixing 2 appliances at their Properties that they manage over seven months ago and we are still fighting to get payment. After several months they did finally send us a check but that check bounced for insufficient funds. Since then we have gone to the bank and verified that they have less than $200 currently in their account as of today.... read more
I would stay away from this PM company. I couldn’t begin to describe the unprofessionalism that occurs with them. I had to harass them to get my disbursements, to get any information. They never answer, and if they do, it’s all excuses. I would give them less then 1 star if I could. Do yourself a favor and stay away at all costs
My family and I have had nothing but a great experience with Golf View. Our property manager Al has been totally responsive and polite the entirety of our stay in the home. Reasonable and fair pricing and attentiveness make us look forward to another year and renewal with them. Thank you!!
Was looking to move ASAP and literally a day after I contacted the listing Al got right back to me and had me moved in the following Friday. I have not so good credit but he gave me that chance I needed and really worked with me. I HIGHLY recommend Golf View Realty. Not sure about the negative comments because I experienced nothing but professionalism, communication and above and beyond effort. He was thorough in his explanation of rules and regulations and basically accommodated me witevery detail.
