This office has the worst customer service ever! You can never call and get a response right away, I have left five voicemails in the past two days. I’m still waiting on a call back, don’t waste your time and energy here!
Everyone planning on taking medical exams for Australian visa - DONT SPEND YOUR TIME and MONEY on them! They are extremely disappointing disrespectful. I called about my medical exams and in return I got shouted, screamed and disrespected. I will make sure to contact Australian embassy about your services and hopefully they will revoke partnerships with you. I will be calling to your offices until I talk to manager
I’ve had been going to this doctors office since a child. In the last couple of years this office has become incredibly unreliable and it has negatively affected my health. The office seems to have issues accepting calls and their hours of operation aren’t consistent with what is posted online. If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctors office has gone downhill in the past few years, I have had numerous encounters with prior patients who have had similar experiences and have changed doctor offices due to the incompetence of the staff. The decrease in patients is probably why this office is no longer open on Sunday’s & Mondays.
