My daughter made a putt
I went to the store to get fitted for clubs. The board showed they had openings for this service and was told they didn’t have time. I’ll take my business to Edwin Watts from now on!
We went in to see if they could do a golf fitting for our son and they were able to quickly accommodate our request. John was extremely knowledgeable and instead of trying to sell us on clubs or a $99 fitting, he provided sound advice to our son before even allowing him to get fitted and get new clubs. He could have easily sold us some clubs. But instead he made our son feel good and gave him good advice on what to fix. We will continue to come back and do business here because of this experience.
So, I decide to get a new putter—might as well stop by since it’s on my way home from work. I’m checking out the putters, set my drink down for a second to get a better look, and out of nowhere, this old, tall white dude with white hair sneaks up like a golf course cryptid and goes, "Is this drink yours?" Had waited to treat myself to full new set of irons, woods and driver, as well as shoes, bag and gloves. Did my research online and GG had the best reviews and widest range as I had been advised by a family friend (who also runs a golf store) to try the Callaway Elyte and Taylor Made Qi10 ranges.
