Never going back. I walked in fully prepared to spend over a thousand dollars on a set of irons, a putter, and a fitting to make sure I was getting what I need and I don't think anyone had any intention of helping me unless I slid them a $20. I started off by trying to call and setup an appointment but after being on hold for 10 minutes and then being disconnected, I should have known this was going to be bad. My daughter made a putt
I went to the store to get fitted for clubs. The board showed they had openings for this service and was told they didn’t have time. I’ll take my business to Edwin Watts from now on!
We went in to see if they could do a golf fitting for our son and they were able to quickly accommodate our request. John was extremely knowledgeable and instead of trying to sell us on clubs or a $99 fitting, he provided sound advice to our son before even allowing him to get fitted and get new clubs. He could have easily sold us some clubs. But instead he made our son feel good and gave him good advice on what to fix. We will continue to come back and do business here because of this experience.
