Opening statement. I’m doing future golf purchases at a Golf Warehouse Atlanta down the road from Golf Galaxy. They saved me from wasting $40 from an error at Golf Galaxy. Golf Galaxy Mixed review. I’d say Customer support there is great by most of the middle level staff. One ‘experienced’ fella at the grip changing counter was a bit critical of my grip choice after I’d looked for 30 minutes. Never a bad experience here — staff always super friendly.
Robert from this location is a wonderful employee. He makes shopping at gold galaxy very pleasant and he truly puts the customer first. When anyone in the Atlanta area decides to purchase new clubs, please consider seeing Robert. You will not be disappointed.
Never going back. I walked in fully prepared to spend over a thousand dollars on a set of irons, a putter, and a fitting to make sure I was getting what I need and I don't think anyone had any intention of helping me unless I slid them a $20. I started off by trying to call and setup an appointment but after being on hold for 10 minutes and then being disconnected, I should have known this was going to be bad.
