It’s closed. Sold to a developer to build homes.
Loved playing at this course despite the lack of investment in maintenance by the owners. It's a pity they let it go downhill to the point where the revenue was inadequate to keep them out of bankruptcy. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that someone who cares can find a way to save it.
Love the place
A great layout, lots of potential, course conditions were a bit ragged, but would to see it when grass has grown back and mowed. Every hole was a WOW, from what potential was there. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Very friendly staff!!!! Kids are welcomed. Just a great place to go and spend a few hours on the driving range. Perfect practice. Love it!!
We played today. I have played a couple of times before. The layout is great and the fairways were ok but the greens were terrible. They had not been that bad the last time I played and maybe being middle of the winter has something to do with it but we will play other courses for now.
This is a beautiful golf course with a ton of potential to be one of the finest in the Midlands. Layout is challenging and very scenic. Greens definitely need work but playable. With GolfNow deals ala $10-12 bucks with cart, it's not a bad place to practice and sharpen your game. Would love to see more investment in the course. We'll be there tomorrow!!
This used to be a great course however they are no longer maintaining it. I will not renew my membership for 2016.
