I called ahead, told the man on the phone that I had an old cart, been sitting in the woods for 8 years because the batteries went bad. Told him I put new batteries in and it doesn’t run, asked if they could diagnose the problem (web site says it’s $75) and he says yes. He never asked me the year of the cart and once I loaded it up and drove it there he says no..that’s a 92 and we only work on 95 and up. We took Davids golf cart in for what David thought it needed, tires and a lift kit. We met the owner and he advised us that a lift kit we would be back in 6 months with the car burned out. He also advised us that the car is rear wheel drive so we only needed two tires. Thank you for not selling us stuff just to sell it.. we left Davids car there for repair and rented one (David Allman uses it daily to get around the farm) We will use this business in the future and highly recommend it. It was nice to find honest people..
Great and honest customer service! Thought my motor blew but was a melted solenoid after purchasing batteries from them 3 days prior.
