rude customer service.. waited for 30 mintues for someone to even acknowledge us, then was told to wait for someone to assist us and no one ever did. so we left!!

We are a small family business with only three of us to serve all. Most likely you visited when we were very busy with multiple customers. Honest, quality service with prompt pick up and return. Could have easily overcharged me for unnecessary battery replacement but ably fixed the problem. Good communication and friendly office staff. Highly recommended.
The parts are very expensive here, wouldn’t recommend getting parts here at all
