If I could give them a zero I would because this place does not deserve a single star. The owner Gregg is a stubborn igotistical ass. The service manager Seth I will spare, because he's controlled by Gregg. Paid 6500 dollars for a cart that's had 2 problems within 6 weeks of it being built. Got into it with Gregg and his ego got in the way instead of fixing it. I will go spend my hard earned money elsewhere to repair the poor job they did. My family and I were very pleased with the awesome customer service and fair prices on their golf carts! They were very personable and catered to our wishes to purchase a new cart! I would recommend to everyone!
I had a great experience at Golf Car Outlet! I helped my grandparents pick out a golf cart. The service was excellent and Gregg was very knowledgeable and friendly. Resonantly priced carts with great value...I will recommend to everyone else in the retirement community!

Love this organization. Had to wait a few days for a cart as all were out. Cart was delivered to our lot in Manatee RV Park early morning as soon as one came available. Had a few minor issues but staff was always friendly & prompt with all requests. Called two competitors & their rates were higher & delivery longer. Would not hesitate to rent from GCO again and if we decide to settle in this area we'll purchase our cart from GCO.
