I just made a reservation for the summer and was easy and and the location was great. The carts are always clean and new that's why I rent there every year

Worst Experience I have ever had. Purchased 4 New Icon i60L at $15,000 each. Worst customer service I have ever encountered and was sold 48V Lithium Batteries from China (Provolt) instead of the ones approved by ICON. ( No warranty because of this) Can't replace any of the parts on the carts which makes it that much worse. One has under 63 miles on it and it shot. I would stay away!

We LOVE the golf cart we bought from here, but the customer service is terrible, can't follow up to get follow up services taken care of, we have to keep calling them back for it.
