Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. It took 50 minutes to get an order of onion rings and mushrooms. After asking the status of our order, no apology was offered but we were told they would go "chew some a**". We then placed our food order hoping it would be faster. After waiting another hour for our food we canceled the order. This is when a man claiming to be the "owner" came over to our table accusing us of canceling our order and being very defensive.
