Best sushi in all of Goleta AND SB (yes I think it's better than Arigato), whether you like rolls or sashimi! I can honesty say that I've become somewhat of a sushi snob in my 32 years of trying the best sushi in LA, OC, SD, & Hawaii, and this is def the best sushi in town. And you can't beat the price and portion. Minh (spelling?) is the sweet lady who owns the place and she is the absolute best! She has been there to serve us every time we've dined there. A wonderful restaurant serving some of the best sushi and miso soup on the planet! Everyone is so very friendly, helpful and attentive. And, the sushi chef is an artistic genius!!! We will be back again and again.
We were in town for a water polo tournament and checked out Google for where 'the locals eat', and sushi sounded really good to us. GSH has great reviews, so we checked it out. Sat at the bar because all tables were taken. I got the Daily Special that was called the FIRE DRAGON (I think). It was very delicious. I think it had spicy tuna, avocado, asparagus, something else, wrapped in salmon. My wife had the tempura shrimp crunch roll, and yes the Miso soup was perfect. We loved it! This sushi house is fantastic, the real deal! I had the fire dragon and the banana roll.. prob the best sushi i have ever had!!
Best sushi in Goleta! We're always impressed with the service and feel as though we're eating at the owners home and she treats us like family. She's friendly, personable, warm and caring. The rolls and sashimi are amazing! We always leave full and happy! I highly recommend trying it out and guarantee it won't be your last time there.

Just incredible!! Vhin is the best!! Huge cuts of the freshest, and best tasting sushi around at a great price, this place kills it!!!
