Found my experience here enjoyable. Was seated almost immediately by the friendly staff. Dr. Mazloom seems very knowledgeable. Explained the issue to me and gave me the options to remedy it. And their prices were reasonable. Looks like I've found my new dentist.

Honest Dentist – I was pretty worried of going to a dentist since the last dentist I had gone to completely ripped me off and told me to get procedures that I didn't really need. This dentist was very honest and told me exactly what needed to be done and how much the price would be before the procedure. I'm very happy with both his work and his prices. I think he did a great job and will definitely go back to him.

Not the best quality – I went to this dentist twice based on the good reviews here. For the second visit I needed a dental exam for an overseas program. This dentist could not take the full mouth x-rays required by my program because they do not have the proper equipment (which I've been told is relatively standard). He also said he could not fill out the periodontal section usually completed by a dental hygienist because he was not qualified. Happy Customer – He seemed honest and his work was professional, quick and efficient. He said that any normal dentist would look at the x-ray and determine I needed a root canal, but I expressed my desire to avoid one if possible and so he filled with with a composite and gives it a 70% chance to work. So we'll see how it goes when the numbing wears off, but it's feeling good so far. The cost also seemed good. I plan to continue returning to him.

totally old school – I've gone to another dentist before, who took x-rays, "saw nothing" and recommended that I get braces for $3000, because "it may help." I looked up dentists online and decided to give Goleta Dental a try. I called them at 8am because of severe pain in my tooth and they managed to fit me the same day. Good care – The doctor was honest and just told me just what I needed done. He took care of my teeth for a very reasonable price.

Great patient care – The dentist is very polite and knowledgable in addition I believe the prices are very fair. I recommend this dentist to all of my friends and family.
