Promptly transferred by dental assistant (who presumably answered the phone on accident) to the receptionist. The receptionist is either rude, lazy, or having a bad day, it is also important to note she does not have authority to discuss rates, give estimates, or even set an appointment with the decision maker. And told me she will "have to talk to the dentist about setting an appointment and call you back".
I moved away from Santa Barbara and I think of Dr. Su at every dentist visit and how I wish she was the one helping me out. She is always so positive, very responsive by call or text, and guided me out of a rut when I was slacking on taking care of my teeth. Needless to stay, she was inspirational and I floss regularly now because of her. I moved away and have since gone to 2 upscale fancy dental offices/dental "spas" but the warmth and hospitality from Dr. Su cannot be replicated in those glam dental places. Dr. Su is wonderful! Helped me so much when I needed it the most. Changed my smile forever. Dr. Su basically does everything in the office, from admin, to billing, to the surgery and regular cleanings. That way, you know it's high quality work and consistent! Highly recommend this cute little dentist office!
Dr. Su has been my dentist for twenty years and she is perhaps the best dentist I've ever seen, and I've seen quite a few. She's very efficient, doesn't do "extra" work unless it's absolutely necessary, and she's really fun to visit! I highly recommend her.
