Best Vets Around The vets here are amazing. Our family loves Dr. Wallace because of the great work he consistently does for our pets. We've been going to him for the last 10 years, and I wouldn't trust my pets in the hands of anyone in Goleta, or even California except for him. He is the best veterinarian around. - Donna
Thankful to have them in town We've had some major horror stories with other vets in SB, and thankfully have found Airport Animal Hospital. We prefer Dr. Wallace and are always impressed with his knowledge, willingness to help and compassion (we had to put one cat to sleep last year - she was 18 years old!). Rude Front Office/Great Vets This is a 50/50 place, the vets are great, the front office woman is very rude, she also gets appointments and times confused and does not seem to even like people or animals.
Put off from the get go... We are relocating to this area and I wanted to see if I could do a quick drop in at a couple of clinics just to get a general feel of the staff and clinic - nothing fancy, just a quick look. Two other clinics have welcomed a drop in. I just called to see if it would be possible at this clinic and to see what the best time would be as we wouldn't want to be in the way during a busy time and the gal at the front desk acted as though I had asked for the moon. Wondeful from the first phone call Just relocated from Colorado to SB and heard about Airport Animal Hospital from my parents who live here. I called because one cat seems to have some kind of viral rhinitis, and the front desk person, Heather, couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. I'm looking forward to having this clinic take care of my 2 cats.
Lewis Stephen G Dvm - Airport Animal Hospital is the best! Dr. Lewis & Dr. Wallace are wonderful doctors to all of our animals & very loving to our family too! They are very accomidating to our very busy schedule and have always fit us in when needed. Our animals & kids love going to this office. We have been going here for 12 yrs.
Above and beyond call of duty I have used both of these vets for my own pets and rescued wildlife and found they both went beyond the call of duty. I have taken over a hundred cases to this clinic, and have seen top notch work. Vets are not 100% perfect, but the Doc's here have a high success rate. Several times I have called in the night and been given phone instructions as well as brought in animals in the middle of the night and on weekends. They have always been there in a crises. RUDE front office I have to share that the woman at the front desk is very rude. How can two great vets that care so wonderfully for my pets have the rudest office staff in all of Santa Barbara? Sorry but we are changing vets due to this.
All Veterinarians Should Be This Good I took my three cats to Drs. Wallace and Lewis for a period spanning over 16 years. I was always very pleased with the quality of service we received and the attentiveness of the doctors and staff to both the pets and the owners. They were always very good about fitting us in when we had an urgent matter, even if it meant staying late.
