I contacted Goldwell in the spring to see if they would honour their committment and fix the additional mess they had mad of my pool deck. They did not respond and as they said in the fall, (even thought they had said when they made the additional mess on my deck, that they would come back in the spring and try to fix it), if I didn't take down my review they would not keep their committment. Goldwell repaired my pool decking and my driveway and at the time I was happy with the work. When discussing what to do with the pool, Kris said that the deck wasn't big and I likely didn't need to put cuts in the surface. The work was completed and looked good. I paid the annual fee of $75. for inspection. When the pool deck did crack, he suggested that I pay to have the cracks filled in, cuts put in the deck and also recoat the pool deck surface.
