I've been assisting my father in getting a mortgage through them since October of 2020. The partial information and constant back and forth has resulted in this closing getting pushed back 4 times. The Senior Loan Officer and Mortgage Broker who is working with us won't pick up their phones and barely responds to emails. Go somewhere else.
