Don’t do business with Goldwater! My husband and I were only days away from closing on our house and all we got was an email saying sorry but we cannot fund your loan! We tried emailing and calling back for an explanation and after several weeks of getting the cold shoulder they finally emailed back! All they told us was that we misunderstood what we had read and that they couldn’t lend on the property all along!
