I highly recommend USMLE Gold. I took Step 1 in February and Step 2 CK in August 2026, and the program helped me tremendously throughout both exams. The structured approach, repetition, and guidance helped me stay focused and build confidence. A special thank you to Dr. Thomas for all his support and teaching. I honestly couldn’t have completed both exams in such a short span without his guidance.

Save yourself the frustration and choose another course. Dr. Thomas lacks the professionalism and patience you'd expect from an instructor. Questions are often met with an unfriendly attitude, making it difficult to have a positive learning experience.

The communication and payment process raised serious concerns for me. I was encouraged to send a large amount through PayPal after being told certain benefits were included. Overall, the situation felt misleading and untrustworthy.

I felt pressured into making a payment after being given promises that did not fully match the follow-up information I received. The entire interaction lacked transparency and professionalism.

I did not have a positive experience with this organization. The information I received changed multiple times, and I was eventually asked for a large upfront payment without clear written details or proper explanations.
