The Staff was very friendly and kind. Dr. Piccione and his assistant informed me of the meds and tools needed to perform the procedure. They made sure that l was comfortable during the procedure. He completed the root canal and l'm no longer experiencing any pain. Thanks Dr. Piccione for a job well done!
I am so totally impressed. The front desk staff, Claire and Karen are just incredibly nice and helpful. I always said the front desk can either make or break an office. Fabulous PR. Dr. Piccione is the best Endo i have ever been to. Never had discomfort of any kind. It was a wonderful experience. The whole office was again awesome.. can’t forget the assistants also professional and wonderful.
I called them early in the morning and they got me in a half hour later. Everyone is very kind and the doctor explains everything to you and very calm so keeps you the same way.
