Attention to detail is lacking at this office. I had an appointment in January and stated that I wanted a prescription for contacts (written on the form you fill out where it asks if you're interested in contacts). That was missed by the staff so I had to set up another appointment. They couldn't get me back in for a month and a half. I went back in for a fitting today. $200 (a fee I was not made aware of until I was there-yes, I should have researched) for nothing as I have had contacts before, just not for years.
