My husband sent his buddy to buy a battery from them. They sold him a battery for double the price of what that brand sells for other places (buddy didn’t realize this otherwise he would’ve gone elsewhere). The battery got installed in the truck and sat in it unused for a few days, ended up selling the truck and removing the battery, when he went to return it they would not do a return. You have wonderful employees. Tonight I experienced a flat leaving Hastings on my way home to Richland. My dad came to my aid but we were struggling a bit. One of your employees who was off the clock, Jay, stopped by to see if he could help. He changed the flat in no time and was helpful and nice.
