I booked a massage appointment at Goldsworthy Wellness Centre after injuring my back at work and needing treatment urgently before returning to work. Shortly before my appointment, I was first told the therapist was sick and that I needed to reschedule. I later received another email admitting the real reason was concern over my email alias.
