Very professional and helpful. They got skillful indoors mechanican, can help you fix anything. The e-bike battery is too tight for me and I can't remove by my hands, they adjusted it for me also. After purchasing they will email you the receipt and keep records as their existing customer. They kept my bike for nearly a week when I was moving and had no time for the bike. All kinds of bike related accessories available in this shop. Everything is great here, highly recommend.
I had an appointment that didn’t go the way I had wanted, the manager reached out and sincerely wanted to make sure any problems could be corrected. There are not many companies out there that will give you their time and patience. Thank you
