I very recently purchased an electric bicycle from Goldstream Bicycles and so far I am very happy with the experience. I was given helpful advice in making my first e-bike purchase and they made it an easy process. Of special note, the employees stayed after hours to ensure I was able to take the bicycle when I needed it. This kindness was highly appreciated and highlights their commitment to serving customers to the best of their ability. I look forward to seeing them again for the tune ups.
What a great experience. My tubeless tire went flat mid-ride on the one day I forgot my kit for repairs. Goldstream bikes was the closest shop so I wheeled the bike up there. They were swamped, but were able to squeeze me in. I was given the options for a quick repair (just throw a tube in), or a longer repair for the tubeless. A junior mechanic - with an infectiously positive attitude - was assigned and quickly showed me where a spoke had poked through the tape and again explained options for repair. I’ve bought 2 Davinci bikes from goldstream bicycles. I took my one bike in for servicing as it had been hanging for two years and they got it up to snuff pretty darn quick. I’ve been having the best rides. This is the only bike store I’ll ever go to.
These folks are a pleasure to deal with.
I went in with a pretty specific list of requirements but zero knowledge and left with a bike that perfectly matched my needs. The staff here is very knowledgeable and patient, and answered all my ridiculous questions and concerns! I was nervous making such a big investment in something I was so oblivious about, but they did a great job easing my mind and covering all scenarios.
