Made an appointment to get an e bike worked on they even asked me the model it's a riding times z8s. They didn't think to tell me that they don't work on certain e bikes. They don't open til ten so I was at work the whole crew drove in the truck on break and they wasted the time of three people I had a hell of a time loading it in and out of the truck 3 times. They should have made an exception. They said they would do it, they took the appointment. So fix the bike, you guys made the mistake not me. I drove down there and go... read more
I went in hoping to get my tube replaced and they said it would take weeks. I went to Re-Buy-Cycle Shop on Jacklin and they did it in 10 minutes. This is not the first time that Goldstream was not able to help me. They are either understaffed, poor with time management, or simply need to expand. I highly recommend checking out Re-Buy-Cycle Shop on Jacklin.

Very professional, very friendly, and awesome people working in that bike shop... I have nothing to say except good things about that place... it's the only bike shop that I preferred to go too ... it's a big 5 stars Thank you for your excellent service 😊🥰
