Moved into town recently and started using these guys over the summer for a few parts pickups. Just had my carbon wheel trued and a new tire fitted, and they went above and beyond! Even spotted and fixed issues I didn’t know I had. Super knowledgeable, great service, and a step above my previous bike shop! If you’re in the Goldstream hood, roll in and get fixed up! 🤘🚵♂
Bailey knows his stuff and went out of his way to answer my questions, all right before they closed. Great shop.
Service beyond what I expected. Thank you!
This store and the lovely folks who work here are such a great asset for Langford. I bought my e-bike from them and have been coming here for the tune ups since then. Excellent customer service and high quality products in their inventory. I learn something new about how to take care of my bike every time I visit the store. Really great people!
I was looking for a specific bolt that had broken on my ebike seat. I had checked multiple bike shops in colwood/langford and got some attitude from some as if they didnt have time to help me with such a trivial thing. Goldstream was extremely helpful, and Joel helped me right away without problems and he dug around in the shop and found me what i needed. Very helpful experience, even over such a trivial thing where i had otherwise received such odd and unhelpful responses from other local shops.
