I am speaking on behalf of my mother who currently lives at the address of 24 Arden ave. She has been experiencing bugs (not bed bugs, bigger crawling bugs) coming from the corners of the wall & carpet area. I have been trying to contact goldstone for several days now. And can not get through to ANYONE. Even the “emergency” departments VOICEMAIL is full!!! she can’t live like this and she has a disability…… why is there no one around or available even when being directed to emergency??? That’s not right.
