I was given a 7am appointment and I was there a lot longer than I should’ve been watching people that came in after me be called over and over again and than when I asked why was it that I wasn’t called ahead of all the people that came after me I was told because I was given an appointment for 12pm. When I know for a fact that my appointment was given to me for 7am and I was there at 6:40am all the way to after 10am. Crazy
Front desk service is really bad. They never help just siting like stupid. bye bye

If you’re about to have a cystoscopy at this surgery center, I want to share my experience. I was here for a cystoscopy with Dr. Lipyanski. The facility is quite small, with only one room where they perform the procedure. When I arrived, there were five other patients ahead of me. My appointment was scheduled for 8 AM, but my procedure didn’t start until 11:35 AM. My main feedback is the long wait time and the lack of communication about when your turn will be.
