Disrespectful and dismissive of complaints. Only interested in scheduling a colonoscopy and berating me for not having one done already. Repeatedly questioned about why a box was not checked on the health history form that should have been. It was a sloppy, old form that was not user friendly and was missed by mistake. Not a pleasant experience. Would not want to wake up from a colonoscopy and be treated this way.
Have been going to Dr G for many years for routine colonoscopies. His center on Cooper Rd is a first rate practice. Most recently I consulted with him to decide about a gall bladder operation. His guidance was extremely helpful and despite my getting lost and arriving late, he was available and very professional. Highly recommend!
Dr. Goldstein spent considerable time reviewing history since I was new patient. Very friendly office staff. Welcoming environment.
RUDE AND DISMISSIVE
It was a very positive experience
That he is thorough in what he wants to say and tries to make sure your as thorough as you can be in your explanation that you can be before he can make a diagnosis. I like that in a doctor because it shows he's listening to what I'm saying to him and not making assumptions of his own. That's important to a patient
Everyone was very nice and informative. Practitioner explained things and answered my questions
Dr Goldstein has been overseeing my care for many years. I am most grateful to him for his excellent diagnostic skills. He saved my life.
I have recommended this practice to my daughter. She goes there also. The drs and staff are so nice!They had me laughing. They were also training a new girl and she did great!
