Didn’t take my daughter’s psoriasis treatment seriously and now she has a severe outbreak. His attitude “at least it is not skin cancer”.
I will never return to this dermatology office. Dr. Golstein barely looked at my face and my issue, didn't even get up close, and recommended at $120 cream that did absolutely nothing. He was barely present during our appointment.
They don’t follow up with the patient, they tell you they’re going to call you and they never do. They don’t answer the phones and they don’t give you a solution either. I lost 3 months and they still can’t give me a solution. Very bad service and not professional at all.
This clinic is unbelievable Left 2 voice messages and nobody bothered to called back..what kind of service is this?..don't even waste your time as nobody will pick up the phone
