The most awful, unprofessional, inhumane dermatologist in Ontario. If you can avoid going here , please do. He will try to rush you out of his office and not even attempt to properly diagnose you, if you were to have something deadly and it was in his hands , you would die. Don’t bother calling his office because your phone calls will be ignored, same goes for voicemail. I'm extremely impressed with Dr. Goldstein and his quick diagnosis. The office is busy, and it may be hard to get a hold of someone via phone. But its all about results and this is what we got, excellent care. Thank you doc.
Unfortunately there is no way to contact them to renew my prescription as there is no email, they don't answer the phone, and their voicemail inbox is full.
Very odd experience here. Boomer bullshit as it were. They don’t do email, nothing digital and don’t answer the phone. Just close up shop
The front desk staff was very nice and professional, but my experience with Dr. Eric Goldstein was terrible. He was dismissive, rude, and did not help with any of my concerns. The appointment felt like a complete waste of time. I also felt that some of his behavior came across as discriminatory toward Asians, which was very upsetting. I will not be coming back.
