I could only see this doctor once on video call during the last year and a half. She put me on waiting for 15 minutes after my appointment started without apologizing anything. Any response to my queries online or via phone call were EXTREMELY slow and ineffective. 10 days ago I spoke to a nurse in their department, described my problems and asked for an appointment with the doctor. I have seen multiple sleep physicians at several health care systems over the past 10 years for treatment of severe restless leg syndrome-with minimal relief. Dr. Goldstein is the first physician who truly listened AND heard how RLS (and its’ effects on my sleep) impacted the quality of my life...and she continues to diligently work with me managing RLS.
