I could only see this doctor once on video call during the last year and a half. She put me on waiting for 15 minutes after my appointment started without apologizing anything. Any response to my queries online or via phone call were EXTREMELY slow and ineffective. 10 days ago I spoke to a nurse in their department, described my problems and asked for an appointment with the doctor.
