Original Review - 2025 - Excellent support and service from Goldstate Homes so far, very impressed and would recommend. No issues or improvement areas, very happy. Update - May 2026 - The house is now finished and I'm very happy with the process overall. Kathrynn in the office with Mitch as the supervisor were both fantastic. The house looks great, I would still recommend and would certainly use them again.
Update May 2026: Construction now complete with house finished to a high standard throughout. The timely updates were continued throughout the latter stages of the construction via the project manager and Kathrynn in the admin department. nOverall very happy with the overall project management and standard of finished product. I recently started constructing my first investment property through Goldstate Homes. It's very daunting because it's my first time dealing with such a large investment. Goldstate were extremely friendly and communicative throughout the whole processes from the beginning. They've regularly emailed me and clearly outlined what's the progress of the investment. We recently built our house in Victoria with Goldstate Homes and had a very positive experience from start to finish. Kathrynn was fantastic throughout the entire process, always responsive, helpful, and happy to answer questions. She even went out of her way to chase up the developer early on when I was struggling to get updates, which I really appreciated.
