DO NOT HIRE!!! You will regret it. Large gapping and lifting on brand new floors within 2 months of install. Reached out for repair, they replied once asking if it was water damage (it was not) but completely unresponsive after that. This was a HUGE investment. So upsetting what a terrible job was done I truly feel robbed. Unethical!
Agreed to a quoted price, day and time for the work. They never showed up. Did not call or notify me regarding cancellation.
I recently hired Gold Star Flooring LLC to remove the carpeting on two floors of my home and install solid hardwood flooring. Raul and his team were outstanding throughout the process. From the initial call, Raul stayed in constant communication. He returned my voicemail promptly and scheduled a walkthrough.
