She doesn’t really care about how I was feeling. She said that was normal and it’s not. I called to renew my prescription four times and I never got a phone call back on my prescriptions were never renewed. My cholesterol medicine was one of the big ones and they never responded to my calls.
Every interaction I’ve had with this office has been pleasant and cordial. I especially want to recognize Jamila from Union office and Arlene from the S. Orange office. Both are wonderful, knowledgeable, and genuinely sincere in the care they provide to everyone they encounter.
Went for a wellness check/ annual exam .Staff was very professional and very knowledgeable. Will definitely go back again .
I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Goldson in October and needed lab work completed before my December visit. Due to not receiving the lab order, I was forced to cancel my December appointment and reschedule. I contacted the union office on December 29 and requested that the lab order be sent to my preferred lab. I followed up in person on January 14 and was assured it had been sent. However, when I arrived for my blood work on January 17, the lab had no record of the order. This is completely unacceptable.
Was so close to reporting them to the Board of Health. 6 times I had to call, 30+ missed calls or transfers that ended in hang ups, all for a SECOND blood result after the first one I request was not for the things I asked for. The phone service was awful and it just seems so unorganized, unprofessional, and backwards. PLEASE if you care about people’s health FIX THESE ISSUES
