Over a year after my initial visit, this office suddenly sent me a bill. I will not be paying it. During my appointment, they diagnosed me as diabetic and pushed Ozempic, then completely dropped communication when my insurance denied the prescription. i’ve never had such a negative experience with secretaries… they almost never answer the phone and when they do they leave you on hold for so long the call ends on its own. when they tell you they’ll call you back they never do. went in to pick up some documents that i was told would be ready by a certain time, got there at said time and the papers weren’t ready so i was told to wait. the secretary who was finishing my papers kept getting side tracked with her coworkers instead of making her job her first priority. after wai... read more

I came here to be evaluated and be given a doctors note, I was a patient already not just new patient. The lady at the front desk told me that for a doctors note I have to pay 25$… and was just acting cute as if I was wasting her time. Never mind, you just lost a patient. I hope it’s worth it having your employee acting cute with the patients. Never heard of a place to charge extra money for a doctors note.
