Be careful this place does not go above and beyond! I took my ring in to get resized, a pretty simple process; when I picked it up, I noticed that they had not done their part in completing the finishing steps. My diamonds were full of debris or residue due to the resizing process and they did not try to polish out the scratches that were created when resizing my ring. The clasp of my husband’s real gold chain had broken. We brought it here to be fixed a few years back. He doesn’t wear it too often so he just recently realized it was replaced here with a fake clasp and the real gold clasp was taken.
