First time coming to the place for anything. Took a week to get my bracelet fixed. Guess that's a good average time. I don't know. They at least had it ready on the day they promised. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I spoke with Mary on my initial visit. She help me figure out my options on fixing the bracelet for the best price. The receipt said you repair is ready for pick up after 2pm but when I called at noon to see if I could get it earlier, they had it ready. I walked in for pick up and got helped right away. The staff was great and worked with us to ensure we were happy with the final engagement ring we received.
A diamond ring was given to me as a donation to a charity that I supported. David Laird of Goldsmith Jewelers was able to convert it into cash quickly by wholesaling it since we needed the cash in a timely fashion. He got me a very good price for the ring and that money was matched by the fundraising program. Trust was the important element in this transaction since I knew nothing about diamonds and needed the money ASAP.
