They gave me a quote for work instead of an industry standard appraisal for insurance replacement cost but it was presented as an appraisal. When I brought them multiple direct, identical market comps matching the exact carat weight and Art Deco layout from California retailers to prove the retail replacement value was closer to $20k, they completely refused to look at the data or fix the error. Do not come here for appraisals if you have unique or high-end jewelry. They gave me a massive lowball valuation on a natural canary diamond ring. When I brought them multiple direct, identical market comps matching the exact carat weight and Art Deco layout from California retailers to prove the retail replacement value was closer to $20k, they completely refused to look at the data or fix the error. Unprofessional, stubborn, and completely out of touch with actual market pricing. Avoid them.
