My husband is relocating from New England to Inman with his employer. We had ask to fill out an application for a rental and was told we need to view in person in order to fill out the application. I felt the rental was perfect, in a good area with great schools, so we decided to fly down to view. We made sure with Goldsmith before we left that they knew we were coming in from New England too. I lived in one of their properties for 3 years. I got a new job offer and had to cancel my lease a month before it was up. Paid all the charges as agreed upon. A month later I get an additional 1400 change for “damages and trash removal”. The owner of these properties are not honest people. Please steer very far. I read these reviews before I moved in and thought they were just one off bad experiences. I understand now…
I have dealt with Goldsmith for several years now and can say they are a very organized and professional company. The staff members are polite and do what they say.
Rented a great place. Professional and attentive staff. Property was very well maintained.
