My immediate family rented for approximately three years at a property managed by Goldsmith Company in Greenville, South Carolina. Initially, the location was convenient, relatively safe, and clean, which made it a good fit for their work and school needs. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated during their stay there. Goldsmith it's the worst company ever, they are rude and arrogant, they don't care about tenants at all. They only focus what pleasing them, they horrible company, their customer service needs to start over again. I rent a house from this company. The place full of roaches. When I called to tell them that they said it's a lie, roaches it's everywhere, i tried everything those roaches keep coming, and they said they not responsible for that. Staff is generally unpleasant and charges severely inflated fees at move out.
Goldsmith is not my HOA anymore but I called over the weekend with an incident in my neighborhood. Sara with Goldsmith was so kind enough to call me back first thing Monday morning and give me all the info I needed to follow up with my current HOA. (Owned my house for 10 years, they haven’t been managing our HOA for 5 years) I appreciate your help and kindness.
