Goldsmith it's the worst company ever, they are rude and arrogant, they don't care about tenants at all. They only focus what pleasing them, they horrible company, their customer service needs to start over again. I rent a house from this company. The place full of roaches. Staff is generally unpleasant and charges severely inflated fees at move out.
Goldsmith is not my HOA anymore but I called over the weekend with an incident in my neighborhood. Sara with Goldsmith was so kind enough to call me back first thing Monday morning and give me all the info I needed to follow up with my current HOA. (Owned my house for 10 years, they haven’t been managing our HOA for 5 years) I appreciate your help and kindness.
My husband is relocating from New England to Inman with his employer. We had ask to fill out an application for a rental and was told we need to view in person in order to fill out the application. I felt the rental was perfect, in a good area with great schools, so we decided to fly down to view. We made sure with Goldsmith before we left that they knew we were coming in from New England too.
