0 Stars. We paid Goldshine-Haynes & Associates to prepare and file our 2023 tax return — a service that was never delivered, despite repeated follow-ups. It has now been well over a year, and we still do not have a filed return, an explanation, or any meaningful communication. Emails and messages go completely ignored. If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. My parents have been going there for 25+ years. My mom and I did our tax appt together this year at the beginning of March because we started a business together. We were told we'd receive a call in 2 weeks to finish up our taxes.
