If this company really cares about there work and there employees they would give them equipment that works and works good and not junk sanders so the employees can do there job right the first time.And then you have to watch your back because your supervisor and HR Manger are both a joke , It would be nice to be able to talk to some one from the main branch that is in charge of all the plants to let them know how there employees are treated and how you get called out on stuff you don't do.
