RecommendedI am not currently a member due to my driving distance. I am working with trainer Larsen who I’ve known from years past when I was a member. All of the staff at the Healthplex are top notch professionals. The facility is great and clean. I believe being hospital based guarantees a certain expected level of professionalism and cleanliness topped with just the right amount of friendliness. You will see all ages, all abilities and never feel self conscious. I cant say enough positive things here.

I have been a member in the past and am a new member again! Life and busy schedules have gotten in the way of health and exercise for me, but not anymore! Sam B Cook Healthplex staff welcomed me back with open arms and encouragement. From the membership office staff, to the trainers, to the fitness classes, everyone is AMAZING!

RecommendedI highly recommend this gym because I really like the Les Mills classes & instructors ...especially Body Pump....there’s always a new challenge every class! My husband introduced me to this gym 3 years ago and I’ve been coming ever since! I also walk on the walking track as well!
Recommendedwant to give Dr. Lauren Cook 20 stars for my knee replacement surgery. Right up front I'm a baby And hate pain but I played golf today after a total knee replacement surgery just 21 days ago. I have had 5 knee surgeries in the past, none as complicated as this and this is the fastest recovery I've had. She is an awesome surgeon and a great person.
