GREAT SERVICE AS ALWAYS! Whether our visit is for a sick animal or a grooming. We are always greeted with a warm welcome and are shown general concern about our pets well being!
I carried my dog to them this morning with his main aorta torn and they told me they didn't have time to help him!! Thankfully the vet at Pikeville had time to help a dog that was at deaths door and in pain.
I've been taking my pets here for years and have always received excellent care. I took my biggest baby yesterday for the 1st time in a couple of years. She was extremely anxious. Everyone took the time to let her nerves settle and showed her such love and care. I was reminded as to why I love this place. I was extremely impressed with the care we received and I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
Just leaving there. Took 2 of my 4 dogs. These 2 are smaller & require their anal glands being expressed. The tech brough my smallest dog out & the smell was horrible! I asked her to take him back to clean him off properly. I asked for wipes the front desk staff stated they did not have any. I then asked if I could at least wash MY hands. I went to the bathroom with my pup. I noticed the tech had not cleaned him - he had a huge glob of secretions going down his leg. The staff,doctors are the best I have found in or around goldsboro.i travel from seven springs to see them and pass a few other vets before I get there.i could not ask for a more caring place to take my family/puppies.thank you
Over the past week our two cats Pyewacket and Yukki came in for treatment and checkups. I was nervous for Pyewacket due to having bad visits before at another clinic and being a very anxious cat. But my mind was blown away at how well Dr. Brianne and staff took time with Pye to make her feel safe and comfortable. I think the worse part for Pye was riding around in the cat carrier.
