I rented a U-Haul Truck at Tri Star Storage today and the attendant was extremely nice and gave great customer service. I would recommend anyone to use this company.
My family and I recently moved to goldsboro NC from Fort lauderdale FL and we rented a uhaul. We returned it to uhaul at Tri star storage Mrs. Wendy was the sweetest person i ever met. She was very knowageable and helpful. And she gave me advice about where to take my kids for fun (busco beach) and (herman park). We loved her! Customer service 10/10, we will definitely rent from this location again.
Wendy was great and helped me a lot when I dropped off my u-haul! The place I picked up from though was not and she was helpful when I returned!!
Wendy at Tristar is completely amazing!!!!!! I will definitely be using their services again. Amazingly helpful and she has a great attitude too!!!!!
