RecommendedThis was my first time at Gold’s Gym. I have been going to the Tri-City Court Club, but my free pass there has ended. I wasn’t happy with the membership rates at the Court Club. For the price, Gold’s Gym seems to be a good place to work out. The setting is less intimate than the Court Club, but I think I can get used to it. I have to learn how to use the equipment, which is somewhat different from that which I have been using. I’ve made an appointment to meet with someone, to walk me through the various equipment.

RecommendedStarted going to the gym on Tierra Este and am very impressed with the look and layout of it. I am however very disappointed and confused as to why such a nice and new gym has 2 out of 5 steppers broken and from what I understand one broken since August. When I signed up was told the yearly maintenance fee went towards equipment so technically if everyone pays it, money shouldn't be the issue for not fixing them. So what is the issue then?

Even though the gym is fairly new, it’s always dirty. Some of the machines, a stepper in particular, has been down almost since the gym opened. Plus, it’s too small and it lacks equipment. EP fitness is and older gym, but I like it better cause when something breaks down, management is on it.
