RecommendedClayton Arnold and the entire Gold’s gym staff have gone above and beyond to make our community’s gym safe during these uncertain times. They continue to put our safety and health first. Members are also doing their part to keep the gym safe.
I received no notification that the gym was reopening after the Covid-19 shutdown. I did not get an email, text, or letter. I was automatically re-enrolled and charged. I called within minutes of being charged inquiring and they said nothing could be done. I am uncomfortable attending the gym due to health concerns. Do not go to any Gold's Gym. The one near us closed and the nearest one os 40 minutes away. Tried to cancel the membership and they wont without a $100 fee. I am reporting to the BBB of Greer and others
