Gym is clean. Machines actually work. Towel service included. And friendly gym staff. Everything works. Would highly recommend.

I paid for a VIP locker so that I could avoid the crowded main room. Last night upon arrival I discovered that my locker had been cleared out. I went to the front desk and they helped me find my clothes in the lost and found pile. However, my Nike shoes were missing. I was told by them that it was cleared out by a Gold's employee due to their books being messed up and showing the locker as vacant. I just spoke to a manager and was pretty much told tough luck.
