Variety of equipment. Sauna, hot tub and steamroom. Pool.
Love the remodel. New men's lockers are great. Wish they would add more benches. Always have trouble finding one for squats or chest press. Also why is half the parking lot fenced off?!
Very big Gym very big space, a bit chaotic to organize certain workout.
My fitness level is beginner. I did body pump and body flow back to back. FYI DO NOT OVERDUE IT! If you are a beginner like me start slow. Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither will you be.

Golds gym said "not our parking lot." didn't even offer help. Police took over an hour to get there... This is going to become the cherry street of Farragut.
I parked my truck here yesterday and someone broke into it while I was in the Golds working out I came out with my 3 year old and my dash had been torn out and my stereo stolen.
Police wont come to your aide in this area, becoming worse part of town. No one cares how hard you work for your stuff. Someone is going to tare your car apart and no one cares.
Why do I have to pay for a towel to use when I am working out? I just came with my friend who is a member on a visitor pass to workout since we are visiting LA from DC. My mood 😑
